How To Process Returns
1. Contact us by email (xexycs@brandxcorp.com) stating the subject as below with the items you want to get a refund for.
EX) [Refund Request] XEXY1234
2. After receiving a confirmation email from one of our assistants, please send the package to our location as directed.
※NOTICE ※
Please note that all expenses incurred by not confirming the following matters are borne by the customer.
- Unconfirmed packages won't be available for refund. Please make sure to send us a return request by email before sending the package.
- Please note that customs clearance has become difficult these days, and in the event of any of the following situations, the process may be delayed for a long time or returned again.
1. If the number of products sent is different from the list of products checked with the CS team (the number of products of different types is measured individually).
2. If the price(USD) of the product is different (It must be written as the product price(USD) informed on the My Page).
3. After receiving your returned package, we will thoroughly check the items according to our return policy.
4. Only after we have processed and confirmed your returns, we proceed with a refund. We will let you know via email.
Return Policy
-XEXYMIX willgladly accept unworn, unwashed products with original tags for return within 7 days from the date on which you received the package
-Please make sure to contact with XEXYMIX CS team first before sending the package.
-We don’t accept the Exchange / Return for Inner wears due to hygienic reasons.
-Please make sure to send back all the
components including packaging in the original condition as it was received in
the first place.
-We currently do not generate return
labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
-If [ Total Price - Price of Returning Items ] is below free shipping amount, 20.00 USD will be deducted from your refund amount. In case of pre-paid shipping fees there shall not be any deductions in your refund amount.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not have an exchange policy after you get the package, only returns are accepted due to international shipping reasons.
-It’s only possible to change the order on the same day of the order placement before international shipping.
