Is shipping available to my country?
We ship to all countries except the following:
South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, Singapore, and Indonesia.
How Long Do Orders Usually Take to Ship?
All packages are shipped out from the Republic of Korea. Delivery time is approximately 2-7 working days, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times because these estimates may be subject to change based on product shortages and local transportation issues.
※Order deadline is every working days at 9:30 AM(Korean Standard Time). After the order closure, your item(s) will be prepared to ship out from our cargo within 24- 48 hours.

What is The Minimum Order Amount for Free Shipping?
We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over USD 110 (*United States). As with all great things, there is some fine print: your order must total $110 before taxes and after any discounts.

Please note that most carriers do not deliver or transport on major holidays, this may cause a delay in your package delivery.
How Does International Shipping Work?
We use DHL Express for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 2- 3 business days.
However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. Please contact to the local customs office.
How can I check the customs duties and taxes for my order?
Customs duties and taxes vary by country. You can view the specific amount applicable to your order on the final checkout page.
Can I get a refund for customs duties and taxes if I return my order?
Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable if you request a return after receiving the product. If you wish to partially cancel your order, duties and taxes are not refundable for partial cancellations. In such cases, you will need to cancel the entire order and place a new one.
Can I change the destination country after my order has shipped?
If you wish to change the destination country after the shipment has started, additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges may apply.
