RETURNS

  • XEXYMIX will gladly accept unworn, unwashed products with original tags for return within 7 days  from the date on which you received the package.
  • All top items with the enclosed bra pads should be returned with a bra pads for refund.
  • We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost. XEXYMIX is not responsible for any lost returns.
  • If values after refunded is a below free shipping amount, 20.00 USD will be deducted from your refund amount.
    In case of pre-paid shipping fees, there shall not be any deductions in your refund amount.
  • ※ Unavailable Items ※
    - Used items such as washed, without tag, torn and perfume scents.
    - For hygiene and COVID-19 issue, Panties and beauty items are not available.

HOW TO PROCESS RETURNS?

  • 1. Contact us on mail as example with items you want to get refund. CS mail is xexycs@brandxcorp.com

  • 2. After confirming your request on mail, Send a package via shipping carrier which you prefer.
  • ※ For unconfirmed return package, Refund is not available. Please send us a return request by email first before sending a package.
  • 3. After getting your returned package, We check items based in return policy.
  • 4. Only for passed items based in return policy, We arrange to refund via payment program you used.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchange is available only for size and colors before on the same day of the order placement (Based in KST).

  • After you get the package, We do not have an exchange policy due to international shipping reasons.
    So we would like to ask to follow a return policy.
